:: ORDER PROCESSING ::
All orders are normally shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours of receipt of order. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you by email. Delivery time will vary according to geographical location. We are not responsible for shipper delay as we have no control when item is shipped out.

Although every attempt is made to maintain the inventory of each product we offer, occasionally we may run out of certain models due to overwhelming reponse. If any product is not available for shipment, we will contact you by email with up to date delivery information.
:: REFUNDS & RETURNS ::

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn/unmounted/unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Straps that have been mounted on a watch are considered to be "used." Exchanges can be made for any other item(s) we have in stock. If your original order was more expensive than your exchange, we will refund the difference (minus any shipping charges). We are unfortunately not able to accommodate exchanges for an item(s) that are more expensive. We would take your item(s) back for a refund, and a new order can be placed.
Returns and exchanges must be mailed back to Hello,natostrap at your expense, except in the (rare) case that we made a mistake with your order. Exchanged items will be mailed back to you at Hello,natostrap expense. In most cases, exchanges will be mailed back to you via First Class Mail, both domestically and internationally. We will do our best to execute your refund or exchange within 1 to 2 business days after receiving it.
Refunds are only for the actual amount that you paid for the item, inclusive of any discounts you received. Refunds are given inclusive of any tax paid on the original order. A refund of your original shipping charge is not typically included unless certain criteria are met, since we did spend the money to ship you the item.
Please email us in order to make a return or exchange. Include your order number in the email. If you are making an exchange, please let us know what items you would like to exchange for. If you are making a return, please let us know the reason for the return.
We will not refund shipping fees for the return or exchange. We do not offer refunds for any free items received as part of any promotion.
**Shipping cost for returns and exchanges will be at the customers expense.

All returns merchandise must be in new condition (as we sent) and complete with all original packaging. We will inspect all merchandise returns. Upon approved inspection, full credit will be issued back to your paypal account or payment method within 48 hours of receival. Merchandise returns that are not in the original condition or missing original packaging will either be refused, or subject to a 30% re-stocking fee at our discretion.
:: WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS ::
We provides One month warranty for all straps sold. Defective strap must be returned with a note indicating the defect on the strap and please get a RETURN MERCHANISE NUMBER from us before you send the item back . A replacement or repair will be sent at no charge to you.
